V2 Glass Patio Pet Door ( June 2025 > )
The step-over height for the V2 Glass Patio Pet Door can be increased by 50mm using a riser. This is added to the standard step-over height for each pet door size.
Step-Over Heights With and Without Riser

Note: Risers cannot be stacked. We're currently working on offering additional riser sizes, but for now, only the 50mm option is available.

V1 Glass Patio Pet Door (2023 > June 2025)
Unfortunately, the step-over height on our Version 1 Glass Patio Pet Door model is not adjustable. This height is fixed based on the size of the door.
Fixed Step-Over Heights by Door Size:
