Orders - How do I track my order?

Tracking your order is simple! Here's what to expect after placing an order with us:

 

Order Tracking Process

  1. Place Your Order
    As soon as your order is submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order details.

  2. Order Processed by Our Warehouse
    Our warehouse team will begin preparing your order for dispatch.

  3. Order Tracking Email Sent
    Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking link so you can follow your order’s journey.


Didn’t Receive a Tracking Email?

If it’s been more than a few business days and you haven’t received your tracking information:

  • Check your spam or junk folder.

  • Make sure you’re checking the email address used to place the order.

  • Still no luck? Contact our Support Team and we’ll be happy to assist - be sure to include your Order ID or the email used to place the order for faster assistance.
