Orders - How Do I Cancel My Order?

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible via LiveChat or support@hakunapets.com. We’ll do our best to catch your order before it’s fully processed and dispatched.

Important Information

  • Timing is key – once your order has been dispatched and is on its way, we are unable to cancel it.

  • If your order has already shipped, don’t worry! You can still process a return for you once it arrives. We offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of purchase.
