Locking Options – Glass Patio Pet Door

We offer two versions of the Glass Patio Pet Door:

V1 – Sold from 2023 to June 2025
V2 – Released from June 2025 onwards

Before purchasing spare parts or accessories, make sure you know which version you have.

How Can I Tell the Difference Between V1 and V2 of the Glass Patio Pet Door?

Note: This product is not a security door. For better security, we recommend using one of the included semi-permanent locking methods. It's the customer’s responsibility to ensure their door is securely locked.

Glass Patio Pet Door V2 Locking Options (June 2025 >)

Included Options

Internal lock side: Reinstall your sliding door's internal hook directly onto the pet door.
External lock side: Use the supplied Lock Bracket Pack to relocate your external catch.

Compatible With:

Sliding doors with latch-style locks
Doors with internal frame-mounted locks
Doors where the latch can be removed or realigned

Not Compatible With:

Doors where the locking mechanism cannot be adjusted or removed

Sliding Door Bar Lock (sold separately)
