  • Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Damage caused by pets, incorrect installation, or general wear and tear is not covered under warranty.

What you'll need to provide when submitting your claim:

  • The product name and SKU number – found on the product packaging or listed on our website
  • Proof of purchase – receipt or order confirmation, including the place of purchase
  • A brief description of the issue and your desired outcome
  • Any relevant photos or videos to help illustrate the issue
