Change of mind?

You can return your item within 30 days of purchase.

To start a return, contact us via support@hakunapets.com or Live Chat with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • Product name or SKU (found on the product page or packaging)

  • Reason for return

  • Any supporting photos or videos

Conditions:

  • Being like new, undamaged, and free from signs of use, attempted installation is okay as long as there are no marks and all parts are included. 

  • Refunds exclude shipping costs (if applicable)

  • Refurbished items (clearly marked in the product name) are not eligible for return


If you purchased from a third-party retailer

(Examples: Amazon, Bunnings, Walmart)

You’ll need to process your return directly with the original place of purchase, as they manage their own return policies.
