How to Access Installation Instructions:
Search for Your Product
You can find your product by:
Typing the product name or code into the search bar
Browsing through the website menu/categories
Open the Product Page
Once you've found your product, click to open its dedicated listing.
Click on the Installation Tab
Look for the Installation tab—this is where all setup resources are stored.
Use the Available Resources
Under the Installation tab, you'll find:
Step-by-step written installation instructions
Downloadable PDF manuals
Video walkthroughs for visual guidance
Wall guides, cut-out templates, or any additional documents relevant to your product
Installation Services
We don’t offer an installation service directly. However:
Doors purchased through Bunnings in Australia can include an installation service for a set fee.
There are also plenty of local pet door installers available through service apps such as Airtasker if you prefer professional help.
