How to Identify Your Pet Door Version

Not sure if you have V1 or V2? Here’s how to tell the difference:

• V1: Features a clamp-style flap holder with small screws on the edges.

• V2: Uses larger silver bolts that go directly through the flap.

Flap Replacement Instructions

V1 Deluxe Aluminium Pet Door

1. Remove the screws at the top of the frame securing the flap.

2. Using a flathead screwdriver, carefully pry open the metal strip that clasps the flap in place.

3. Position the new flap in the frame, push down the strip to secure it, and tighten the screws.

Tip: It may be easier to remove the frame section with the flap attached and replace the flap on a flat surface.

V2 Deluxe Aluminium Pet Door

1. Remove the screws on the flap holder.

2. Take out the old flap.

3. Position the new flap in place.

4. Adjust to the desired height and tighten the screws.

Adjustment Tip: Raising the flap slightly can reduce noise and magnet strength.
